Sustainable, personalised practice for real life

Hello, I'm Adri.

I came to yoga during a period of my life when the pace and pressure of work had begun to take their toll. What started as a physical practice gradually became something much broader: a way of finding steadiness, reconnecting with myself, and learning to listen before my body demanded that I stop.

Many of the people I work with are carrying more than others can see. They might be successful in their careers, caring for family members, or navigating periods of change - perhaps experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

If any of this feels familiar, you are not alone.

Yoga can offer a space to slow down, breathe, and begin building a more sustainable relationship with yourself, one practice at a time.

Finding grounding, presence and space to breathe.

Everyone Welcome. Come as You are.
More than physical practice
My teaching is rooted in Ashtanga yoga and informed by an understanding that each of us brings our own history, body, nervous system and life experiences to practice.
While postures form part of the work, yoga is not approached simply as exercise. Practice can offer a way to develop strength and mobility, but it can also support us in finding steadiness during periods of stress, uncertainty, grief, transition or recovery - both physical and mental.
I work with complete beginners taking their first steps on the mat, students returning after time away, people navigating significant life changes, and those looking to build greater confidence, resilience and connection
to themselves.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative and adaptable, valuing curiosity, agency and sustainable progress over performance or achievement.
